How to use this tool

  1. Choose an image up to 10 MiB and select 2× or 4× enlargement.
  2. Allow the model to load and keep the page open while it processes.
  3. Inspect text, faces and edges at full size, then download the PNG result.

Example and expected result

A 512 × 512 image becomes 1024 × 1024 at 2× or 2048 × 2048 at 4×. Four times the width and height means sixteen times as many pixels, so processing and memory demands rise quickly.

Is my image uploaded?

The image is processed in your browser. Model files need to be downloaded for initialization, so first use requires a network connection.

Why does the first run take longer?

The browser must load the AI model before processing. Download speed, device performance and available acceleration affect the wait.

What are the limits?

Input files are limited to 10 MiB and output to 33,554,432 pixels. Available memory may impose a lower practical limit; try 2× or a smaller source if processing fails.

Can AI recover the exact original details?

No. It estimates detail and can alter letters, faces or textures. Compare with the source before using the output where accuracy matters.

Which output formats are supported?

The upscaled result downloads as PNG. Use the related image converter if you need JPG or WebP afterward.
